Muntaz’s practice primarily covers areas of employment, family, and crime. Muntaz holds two degrees from the National University of Singapore, one in Law with Honours, and another in Arts (Political Science), as well as a Diploma in Law with Merit from Temasek Polytechnic. Muntaz brings highly relevant work experience including stints working in the Governments legal departments of both the Ministry of Manpower and Central Provident Fund Board, making her exceptionally familiar, and well versed with Employment matters.
Despite being a strong litigator and being involved in many protracted matters, Muntaz also recognises the importance of an amicable and expeditious resolution to matters. To hone her skills in this area, she has undertaken mediation courses and is now an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and Singapore International Mediation Institute. She regularly volunteers as a Judge for mediation events and uses these skills and experience to explore amicable settlements for her clients.
